Again, the amount of water depends on the season, but the best time to see Boka is usually in spring. There are many beautiful attractions in the area, including Curk, a beautiful waterfall in the Soca Valley, and a few other waterfalls and canyons. The Pohorje Trail starts at the Church of St. Bolfenk, which can be reached from Maribor on foot or by cable car. There is no parking near the waterfall, although it is only a 5 – 10min walk up the mountain. From here, turn right and follow the road that leads to the village and park in the free parking lot where the trail begins. There is free parking (no fees), but there is an official hiking route in Slovenia, which can be found on the internet at this information point and is well marked with the hiking time and the level of difficulty.
